Any KTM 990 or 950 Adventure rider knows these bikes can run extremely hot, especially in slow, stop-and-go traffic or technical offroad conditions. To help keep engine temperatures under control and prevent prolonged overheating, upgrading the factory cooling system is a smart move.
That’s exactly why we created this auxiliary fan kit for all 990 and 950 Adventure models. The kit allows you to install an additional fan in the open space on the right side of the radiator, boosting cooling performance when you need it most. Field tested in the harsh Karoo climate of South Africa, the temperature guage stayed 2-3 bars cooler than it usually would without the fan kit.
Our custom-designed 304 stainless steel bracket is engineered for maximum strength and rigidity while staying lightweight. It mounts easily using the stock bolts for the radiator and coolant expansion tank.
The kit includes a premium 100mm / 4" fan by SPAL Italy — the same top-quality supplier KTM uses — as well as a split wiring harness. This harness lets you connect both fans at once without cutting or soldering your bike’s original wiring, making installation straightforward and reliable.
