5. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping

Our international orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service wherever available.

  • Clearance charges

are calculated during checkout and collected as part of your order.

Where DDP is available, you should not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

However, customs authorities may occasionally impose additional inspections, documentation requirements or charges beyond our control. If this occurs, we will work with our shipping partners to assist where possible but cannot guarantee the outcome of customs decisions.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

Delivery times may be affected by:

These delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.

7. Made-to-Order Products

Production times are estimates and may vary.

8. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

If payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method.

Many products require mechanical knowledge for safe installation.

BRAAAP! Adventure Bike Gear strongly recommends installation by a qualified motorcycle technician.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation.

14. Motorcycle Use

Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity.

Our products are intended to enhance functionality and protection but cannot eliminate the risks associated with riding.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with their installation and use.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos
  • Product designs
  • Images
  • Videos
  • CAD drawings
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Text

remain the property of BRAAAP! Adventure Bike Gear unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRAAAP! Adventure Bike Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
