How it works:
Place your bike on the sidestand and shift into neutral.
Position the T-piece under the swingarm, just in front of the lower chain guard.
Slide the measuring guide on the T-piece and align the 0mm mark with the bottom edge of the chain (without applying pressure).
Gently push the chain upward until it’s taut — the upper edge of the lower section of the chain should line up between the 35mm and 40mm marks to be within KTM spec.
Adjust tension as needed and re-check.
