African business specialising in the design, sourcing and supply of premium
adventure motorcycle parts and accessories.

website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms
& Conditions.

3. Products

We strive to ensure that all product
descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, we reserve the
right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice.

Due to continual product improvements,
specifications may change without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the
selected currency where available.

Prices do not include customs duties,
import taxes or local VAT/GST unless specifically stated. International
customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearance
charges applicable in their country.

We reserve the right to change prices
without prior notice.

5. Orders

An order is only accepted once payment
has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to cancel any
order due to:

• Pricing errors
• Product availability
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect customer information

If an order is cancelled after payment
has been received, a full refund will be issued.

6. Manufacturing Lead Times

While we endeavour to keep most
products in stock, certain products are manufactured to order.

Made-to-order products generally
require 2–3 weeks for manufacturing before dispatch unless otherwise
stated on the product page.

Estimated lead times are provided as a
guide and may vary.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

BRAAAP! Adventure Bike Gear is not
responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections
• Courier delays
• Weather events
• Industrial action
• Government restrictions
• Other circumstances beyond our
  control

Risk in the goods passes to the
customer upon delivery.

8. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to
import duties, taxes and customs fees.

These charges are determined by the
destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. Product Use

Motorcycle accessories should be
installed correctly and maintained appropriately.

Customers are responsible for ensuring
products are suitable for their motorcycle and intended use.

Improper installation or misuse may
result in injury or damage.

BRAAAP! Adventure Bike Gear accepts no
liability for damages arising from incorrect installation, misuse or
unauthorised modifications.

10. Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered
against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Crash damage
• Incorrect installation
• Misuse
• Neglect
• Corrosion due to environmental
  exposure
• Modifications made by the
  customer

Warranty claims may require
photographs or inspection of the product.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by
law, BRAAAP! Adventure Bike Gear shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or
website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed
the purchase price of the product concerned.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including
photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions and designs, remains the
property of BRAAAP! Adventure Bike Gear and may not be reproduced without
written permission.

13. Privacy

Personal information is processed in
accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including South Africa's
Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
